Fantastic trip all round. Great experience in fixed wing plane and the Skywalk was great. Whilst on the ground at the west rim, it is certainly apparent that they need more coaches as we waited 45 minutes for one of them and couldn't visit each stop as a result.

Good service - arrived at hotel when they said they would. Better than the way to the hotel as we had to pay extra for that journey.

Totally invaluable if you only have limited time for Universal. A fantastic day with reserved seating for shows and displays, and we had a maximum of 5 minutes wait for any ride (when the general wait was 60 minutes).

Don't think we got what it said on the page !!! Didn't see Los Angeles City at all ! Only got taken to Hollywood sign, Chinese theatre and stars' homes. Had another tour 2 days later with another company and this really showed up how bad this tour was. Tour guide was rather more interested in talking about himself. Rather got the impression that the head office had put us on the wrong bus !!

Seemed a really good idea in principal and was, to the extent that it took an hour and a half to get to our hotel due to motorway traffic. BUT...... when we got on the bus, the driver told us we had to pay more as our voucher only said "Hollywood Hotels" and not "North Hollywood Hotels". This meant four of us paying an extra $9 each for the ride. We weren't the only ones this happened to as we found out talking to other guests at the same hotel as us.

Ok, but when booking, it said we would be taken to the "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign..... and we weren't! Disappointing in that respect and that the tour started at the hotel we were staying at! Fremont Street was great though !

A great way to find your feet in New York and work out where you want to visit in more depth. (Especially if you aren't going to be there for long).
