Our confirmation e-mail was lost. I called and they said they did not have my reservation, then sent a driver an hour and a half before we requested him. He did not ring our room or knock on our door, just left! Had to rush to the airport as they were 45 minutes late after I called AGAIN.

Don't be fooled, as you will still have to wait in line at the Eye. Not in the "buy tickets" line, but in the boarding line, which was about 30 minutes for us. River cruise was great.

We were supposed to get a private viewing of the castle - this did not happen. It was packed with other visitors, including loud schoolchildren. Our guide was a little spacey and did not seem to be organized and know what he was doing. Also, we were supposed to see the Royal Observatory - we drove by it from a distance, and it was barely pointed out.

Our driver was late, and we had to use a pay phone to call the company. Still, better than taking a taxi. The driver was friendly and pointed out interesting sights on the way to our hotel.

The day was fantastic! Our guide was very knowledgeable. I thought we needed longer at the Cliffs of Moher. We had less than an hour. I enjoyed stopping at the Burren, and I enjoyed the pub where we ate lunch, though it was pricey. The train was comfortable and had nice big windows. Galway Bay was beautiful, but we needed a few more minutes to find something to eat before boarding the train. Overall, it was a great tour!
