Shuttle from airport was a little confusing and we waited almost 30mins for the shuttle to show up, even after we called twice from the kiosk. Pick-up from the hotel was great -- prompt, friendly service. Automated voice-recognition service to schedule the pick-up was a little cumbersome when it got to the Cash or Voucher part, but otherwise overall, not bad.

Easy to find port in Cannes and the ferry was pleasant. St Tropez is busy with a lot of tourists and pricey but we jumped on another 15mins ferry to St Maxime upon arrival to St Trop for a much more reasonably priced lunch and much quieter beach. I enjoyed the ferry ride.

Highly recommend this service. After a 9.5 hour flight to CDG + 3 hour layover + 1.5 hour flight to Nice, there was no way I was going to figure out the train, shuttle or taxi to Cannes. Our private driver was waiting for us upon arrival with our name on a sign. Walked across the street to the car, packed our luggage for us and got us to our Cannes apartment on la croisette. Very nice vehicle! Our driver did not speak very much English so no conversation but it was a pleasant ride.
