We used Viator for walking tours several times before in various cities and were always satisfied. However, our purchased tickets for the Hop-on-Hop-off Bus tour in Rome was very disappointing. There was no indication on the voucher which company would honour our tickets. As a result, we had to deal with a great deal of aggravation and lost valuable time to find a bus company to accept our tickets.

There was no indication on the voucher which company would accept our tickets. This lead to confusion and loss of valuable time. We also could have saved money by purchasing tickets on site. On the day of our visit all tourist attractions were either free or reduced due to a Greek National Holiday.
