3-Day Lake District Discovery

My Review: Dear Sirs,
I have already sent you a separate E-Mail to which I didn't get a reply. I stated that the trip was fine apart from the fact that we didn't get our lake cruise, the lake was too windy apparently. This was approx my twentieth trip with Viator and like all the others very good, Obviously you can't be blamed for them cancelling a lake cruise.

My Review: We have done over thirty trips worldwide with Viator and this is the first one to disappoint. The cause of the disappointment was the stand in bus that, to be frank, was a wreck. Based on past experience, I feel that this was no fault of Viator and I am therefore reluctant to criticise them.
