WOW! We sang "Happy Birthday" to our Pope. Not many people can say that. The "tour" itself was minimal with a moderate level of detail in 3 languages and basically seemed designed to killed time to get to the Vatican on time to hand us our tickets. Also, the "gift" stop stop in Vatican city was one of the priciest shops on the street.

Having been in Rome for nearly a week already, we were still truly amazed at what we saw. The lesser known locations are just as amazing, if not more so, and the fun of the story line intertwined fact and fiction. Our only disappointment was that we were unable to complete the tour, not because of the guide, but because the Sant' Angelo museum was closed when we got there.
