New York Departure Shuttle Transfer: Hotel to Airport

My Review: No problem here. The shuttle got us to JFK with plenty of time. Were picked up at 1.20 pm for a 5pm flight to LA. Traffic was not too bad apparently but could be busier. We relied of the booking agent knowing how much time was needed to get us to airport stress free.

New York City Hop-on Hop-off Tour, Shopping and Top of the Rock

My Review: Easy to catch this hop on hop off as we were staying in Times Square area. Unfortunately,we didnt use all the options on the ticket, due to bad weather. Didnt feel like getting drenched. We didnt use the night pass as we had bought broadway shows from ticket booth in Times Square and ran out of time on our 4 day pass.
We travelled all the areas of Manhattan though and found these most enjoyable. Top of the Rock was great but had to pick the day that the weather was clear. Woodbury shopping was great and we spent the whole day there. Easy to get the bus as we were staying a block away from the bus depot.

My Review: This was a great tour. Very informative. Bit rushed at the Smithsonian area but couldn't be helped as
we had so much to see. The hotel we stayed in for the night was very nice. The whole trip ran very smoothly, Only problem was one group who couldn't understand English and didn't meet the bus on time at one of the attractions, holding us up by 30 minutes much to the annoyance of the tour leader. This group should not have been on an english tour.

New York in One Day Sightseeing Tour

My Review: Unfortunately we missed this tour on the day we had booked as we were standing under the Winter Garden awning on Broadway instead of 7th Ave. Along with 3 other couples. It turned out to our advantage as we went on another tour and then picked up this tour 3 days later. The day we had booked was a terrible day weather wise and would have spoiled this tour. The day we took it was a sunny day, therefore it worked to our advantage. Tour guides were all very informative on all the Viator tours we booked. Would recommend the company.

New York Arrival Shuttle Transfer: Airport to Hotel

My Review: No problems with this shuttle. The ground staff helped us and we only needed to wait about 15 minutes for it to arrive. As we were tired and anxious after just arriving in NY, this made for a stress free arrival. Would book any other company for airport arrival/departures. Have recommended others use this mode of transport.

Universal Studios Hollywood with Transport

My Review: Great to see Universal. The "back block" was impressive and most enjoyable, especially the 3D displays. We didnt go on many rides, due to our age and medical problems but really enjoyed all the 3D features. Great place for kids. We were on the go all day and just made our bus in time, due to having to line up to make a purchase in the gift shop. Hotel pick up was a great option as we were staying at Santa Monica and not sure how we would have got to the bus depot.
