Washington DC Duck Tour

My Review: The duck tour is an absolute must..you get more info for every building you pass. They let the kids drive the vehicle in the water and they loved it. You must go to Union Station to check in and they will give you a ticket with a time on it, so get there early. It is a first come, first serve basis.

My Review: Highly recommend this bus to get around the area. It covers a VAST area and you can transfer to 2 other busses that go to different areas. Very convenient and air conditioned for those hot days. Sitting on the upper deck was fun, but watch for tree limbs! I do not recommend driving your car, no parking and if you do find a meter, it is for 2 hours. At this time, 2011, there is construction everywhere. Do not call the contact number on your confirmation for info because they just sell the trips basically and can only verify info you already have. I called to see if I was in the right pick up area and after 3 calls and 2 numbers they gave me, I gave up. Call Viator to get any help you need, they were VERY prompt, courteous and polite.

My Review: Loved it, loved it, loved it!! Even though you just go around in circles the food and entertainment made up for it! What an AWESOME band, Chane Link Fence. Service was impeccable. You are close to Ronald Reagan airport and get a very close up look at planes coming and going. Food came at a leisurely pace, so you were not rushed and if you were outside on deck, they kept your food warm until you returned. Food was not your "run of the mill" fare either. The excursion was something special.

Boston Whale Watching Cruise

My Review: We saw plenty of whales. The trip was narrated with a lot of info on whales and the history of each one that they have been following for years! If you don't see any whales, they will give you a rain check to go again. Very informative. If you don't get any pictures, they take pictures as well and will sell you a disk. LOVED IT!!
