Washington DC Dinner Cruise

My Review: The food on board the cruise was not good. When exiting the ship, there were no taxi's to take us back to the hotel. We walked for blocks trying to find one and the wind was blowing and the temperature was about 35. We finally got a cab after about 45 mins in the cold at 11.00PM.
