Wurzburg Day Tour from Frankfurt

My Review: The day tour was not what I expected, it was more like a coach ride to Wurzburg with a tour of a few rooms in the palace. We were dropped off at the bus station at 9.30am, and basically left on our own until 5.30. The best part was when we went to the Wurzburg Palatial residence, and the tour guide gave us a very informative and entertaining tour. Lunch at the Ratskeller was awful and limited. Rather than allow us to choose whatever we wanted up to a specific amount, and if need be pay the extra, it was a set menu which was awful. As a result we left Ratskeller and went elsewhere to eat. From 2 o clock until 5.30 we wandered aimlessly trying to kill time.I don't think it was worth the money we paid, and as we were only in Germany for 3 days, I regret wasting it on this trip.
