My Review: I would have given less than 1 star -but, that was not a option. What Viator does is basically to call you an over-priced cab. DO NOT WASTE MONEY AND USE THIS SERVICE. Rude drivers that don't even help with the luggage. Take your chances at the airport.

My Review: I am giving this a one star-because no stars are not a choice. Have the hotel call a cab for you. Viators vending are only calling a cab for you at twice the price. DON'T BOTHER WITH THIS SERVICE-NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!

My Review: What a big difference in the service level when traveling from Nice (opposed to Paris). Our flight was delayed for hours and AZURE Tours kept in touch with us the whole way. When we finally arrivede in Nice, we were greetede by a professional, well dressed driver. He told us facts about Nice and things that we should try. What a wonderful greeting after an 18 hrs of flying and delays.

My Review: This tour operator really worked with us, our flight was delayed by 8hrs and I was able to keep in touch with them. When I left a message they even called me back! Once we finallty arrived in Nice, we were welcomed by a handsome, well dressed driver. He pointed out all the areas of interest on the way tour hotel. He handled all of the luggage.

My Review: The tour itself was wonderful. The issue that I had was with the booking. I had to wait in the tour office for 30 minutes while the agent searched for my booking and made numerous phone calls. What is the point of booking early if you have to deal with this?
