The best thing that we could have booked in advance. We knew that with the limited time that we had in New York organisation before we went was absolutely key. We had the best guide. If you only book one thing to do, make this it.

Very confusing where to go and find the shuttle on arrival at Newark. When we did locate the desk, we waited 30 mins for the shuttle to get us and then the driver drove like a man possessed, another guest in the bus said when she got out that she was frightened about the flight but not half as frightened as she was on the bus!!!
