The trip itself was fantastic. Energetic guide and wonderful locations. But the process of getting onto the bus was appalling. I had paid months ago and yet I still had to wait in line with every one else to get a voucher. I was moved all over the place and in the end took longer than those that booked on the spot. Also my Viator App said that I could present an electronic copy but the local company sent me away after an hour in line to print out a copy... I was very annoyed.

Thank you for your feedback. We will discuss with the tour operator why they sent you away when they should have accepted your voucher on your phone.
