Perfect short trip from Frankfurt. The quaintness of Heidelberg is a refreshing contrast to the urban energy of Frankfurt. Our guide Natalie was a joy...intelligent, information and a great sense of humor.

I've lived in New York City for 35 years and learned things on this tour I never knew about Harlem. Highly recommended.

Unfortunate that no photography is allowed inside the Castles. I think it is largely due to the fact that tourists are herded through the Castles like cattle and photography would slow down the process. The Castles themselves are beautiful, but the tours make you feel like you are on an assembly line in a factory.

Rothenburg is one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Europe. I appreciated that the tour afforded a lot of unstructured free time to explore the town.

Terrific tour! With so many Eastern European countries destroying remnants of their communist past, it's great to see a tour that confronts the past head-on...showing both the horror and humor of that era. Highly recommended!

The experience was just okay. The water is murky so while you can see fish, photography is impossible.

The logistics between Viator and the local supplier needs a lot of streamlining. Had to go to three local offices before I could exchange my Viator voucher for a ticket. Much wasted time.
