Notre dame cathedral was amazing and we went straight in, no ques! The tower is a hard climb 422 narrow steps and very steep but really worth it, a must do if visiting the cathedral. If you don't intend to climb the tower the cathedral is free. Our guide for the walking tour was very quietly spoken and with the traffic noise we couldn't hear her which was a shame. But all in all I recommend this tour.

Wow, this place is amazing and if you visit Paris put this at the top of your list! But I recommend you don't book the tour, we only had 1 hour 30 min before we had to get back on the bus! You need minimum of 4hrs to really appreciate this place the gardens are spectacular. We ended up staying and caught the train back to our hotel. It's only 15 euro per adult to get into Versailles you can stay all day, they have cafe everywhere or take a picnic. The train home was 3.40euro and the train station is 5min walk.

Hampton court is well worth doing, only a short train trip from London. The gardens are amazing and the castle is very interesting and well laid out with original furniture and paintings. Take a picnic and enjoy the beautiful gardens.

Windsor castle was fantastic and the roman baths are very interesting, bath itself is a beautiful place well worth an overnight stay if time permits. Stonehenge was disappointed as you couldn't actually walk around it, you view it from a distance! But definitely go to bath it's really beautiful with lots of history.

I wouldn't do this afternoon tea again, the scones were dry and the rest of the food was nothing that special. The seating was very uncomfortable my husband couldn't even put his legs under the table because it was to low. However if you can't manage to eat the selection they do provide you with a bag to take it home (but you need to ask)

Everyone should do this bike ride tour, it is a great way to orientate you to londons main points and attractions, the parks are easy to ride around and you don't need to be an experienced bike rider.
