My Review: We were very disappointed that we were required to "check in" two days before our adventure. Not only did no one answer the phone, but there was no answering machine to leave a message. When we were finally able to get someone on the phone the day of, she tried to tell us that our ride had already left at about 8 am when our instructions on paper were to be ready at 9:20 am. When she heard my irate girlfriends in the background, she had me on hold for 10 minutes before stating that she had found someone to pick us up at 11:30 am. The ride was interesting and informative, but the headache it took to get to our destination left MUCH to be desired!
