Driver was unhelpful and rude, discourteous and downright unpleasant, bus 634 I think

good driver courteous and on time

The trip was OK, the guide seemd disinterested in the passengers she kept hinting that we should tip her at every stop the bus made. She was not very animated and although her knowledge was good all she kept repeating was the fact that she and the driver were grateful for receiving a tip as the passengers disembarked the bus.

A bad experience I had not printed part of my ticket correctly and the driver, in spite of the fact that there was a number to contact, ranted on about not getting paid, van number 634 I think, he was verbally threatening and after ranting on about that and other things eventually after about half an hour got going. At the end of the journey he demanded 6 dollars saying it said so in the van. I should not have tipped him as he was OTT and my wife cried during this unpleasant experience. I have used this transfer company before and never had any problems, the drivers are usually helpful and courteous, he was not!

The shuttle to the hotel trip was awful, I had made a mistake printing the voucher but there was a phone number in the case of any problem which the driver refused to phone and just carried on ranting on about and we must have spent half an hour before he set off not convinced that he would get his money. Shuttle number 634 I think. At the end of the journey which brought my wife to tears, he verbally aggressively demanded 6 dollars which I was surprised about after all the aggression he had shown.

Good trip such a shame the water level in the Everglades was low! Biscayne bay tour a bit boring but the crew tried to make it interesting could not hear all thye commentary.
