Topur was 4 hours long, very long !! a lot of time spent in some places just sitting and looking at a view, could have gone ata quicker pace and perhaps some moreinteresting places. The guide was very knowledgable and interesting and helpful.

Un believable, but the driver of the transfer coach lost my suit case, he had taken it out at the wrong hotel, I could not believe it, it was not there when we arrived at our hotel, he simply said it happens !!! and went off to locate it, he eventually came back 45 mins later and said it had been off loaded in error at the second hotel we had called at to drop off other people, incredibally he still expected a tip, he got none !!!

On time and car / van brand new and very comfotable and warm !! Driver loaded and unloaded cases but did advise us the tip was to be between $10-$15 !!

Same as depature !! it was here he told us about the tip price !!

Were picked up by a female Asian driver who we assisted to put the cases in the van and also to unload at the airport, we were then told we had to a $6.50 fee for the toll road??, gave her $10 and said keep the change, she saod mdhe wanted the $10 as a tip and to give her another $6.50, we said no so she got in her van and stared at us until we had entered the terminal - not a nice experience at all, do not recommend.

We were there for NYE and it was an unbelievably fantastic funfilled night. Food great, show great, staff great.

Excellent, brilliant, professionally run and a must do in New York, well worth the money, staff all friendly and give a lot of assistance, highly recommend this one.

Not the best as bus has a plastic roof that is so scratched you can barely see through it and as it was winter very cold if you sat outside the roof on top, saw more of the lights walking around afterwards.

Fantastic tour. Extremely knowledgeable bus driver/tour guide. Wonderful cruise on Yellow Waters and saw heaps of crocs and bird life, especially a male and female jabiru. Would recommend this tour.

Excellent driver and excellent night. Only complaint was that we had to pay for alcohol - thought alcohol was included in price.

Couldn't understand why we had to pay extra 21 Euro for the museum at the booking company when it could have been included in the price when we booked tour online.

Not enough time at Murano glass factory. Could have done without Torcello and that time spent at Murano. Tour guide hard to understand.
