The driver arrived early, was friendly and provided excellent service. We were concerned since we had an early AM flight, and had to be picked up at 5:20am, but there he was, ready and waiting for us. Wonderful service.

We had so much fun cooking with our small group. The instructor was easy going with a great sense of humor. She was patient, and informative, and we then shared a wonderful, Italian meal. I would do it again when I return to Florence.

The company was ill prepared for the tour at the Uffizi. We arrived early, and yet they placed us on the side telling us we had a small group of 6. That was not true. We had 17 people in our group, and they did not have earphones for us. Our guide told them she could not speak to a crowd that large inside the museum, but they told her to just "talk louder". Our guide did the best she could, but in a crowded museum, with groups everywhere, we were unable to hear anything she had to say. Needless to say, our tour was ruined, we got no information on the paintings, and sadly, we could have rented the museum's audioguide and been much happier. I would not recommend this group again. They knew we would not be able to hear the guide, told us they would get headsets (which our guide told us they would not do, and they didn't) and made no attempt to reschedule.

Our transportation was promtly on time to meet our cruise ship. He was friendly and pleasant. He helped wth our luggage, and knew exactly where to drop us off. It was a great relief to have our transportation meet us timely in a foreign port. I would highly recommend this company. I have used them numerous times, and they have always been prompt and efficient.
