Isaac the quide and driver Al were both fantastic. A great trip to see more than buildings of new york

I long day (8 hours in bus) four hours in Washington but was well worth it if you have one day and want to see highlights of new york. Guide was good in trying to keep people on time in tight schedule

Guide Michael needed to use a microphone with speaker as other quides have used as difficult at time to hear. Also Empire State building was disappointing as clouded in at the 7.30 am time of visit. We should kave beed allowed to come back later as by 12pm you could see the buiding from the ground thus would have had views. Boat trip was good as well as visit to aircraft carrier and submarine

A fantastic day and one to remember forever. A must do if you can afford and have a day to spare

Group too large at 18 people as eben admitted by guide. Should have had 2 guides one at the back or split group into 2 for more ease. Apart from that a great experience

The best tour we have ever done. The scenery was amazing as was our tour guide named Kid. He made the tour taking photos of people and getting involved with the group. This is our 9th tour we have booked with viatour and have not had a bad experience.

Our tour guide Anna was extremely knowledgeable and a professional. The trip was great and a must do. The city, the lake, the Gondola and ferry ride made the afternoon go very quick.

Very good tour. The quide was informative and the bus trip allowed to see more than just Zurich. Throughly recommend the tour.
