I am a seasoned DC visitor, and was bringing a friend for the first time. Of course seeing the monuments at night all lit up is a MUST. This tour allowed us to have both time and history of/at all the major monuments in and out of the District. Would absolutely book again! Worth every penny!

OMG! This was the highlight of my trip! We were a very small intimate group and the tour guide was fantastic. He made everyone feel welcome and special. The chocolate was amazing, far beyond my expectations. The hands on workshop at the end was worth its weight in gold! I am still eating it as I write! Plus it made great gifts. The walk all over Brussels was easy and our guide went far beyond just chocolate in his tour. This is a don't miss! There was no pressure whatsoever to buy anything, in fact we were encouraged to wait until the tour was over and had tasted everything and then if we wish go back to buy. All in all a great tour not to be missed!

So this is a very mixed review, the tour itself was great! The way it was executed was horrible. It did not include the entrance fees to the windmills and was basically a shopping trip for a tourist cheese store. Our bus broke down which was beyond their control, however their inability to handle the situation made the whole trip very upsetting.

It was divided into two separate tours, we were on on bus with one guide in the morning for the city tour, this was great and the guide was fantastic. It was far beyond my expectation.

The afternoon however the guide was a nasty woman who I am sure was not prepared to talk to any of us, as the bus was programed with earbuds and a tour in English. It took far beyond the 15 min. stated by the guide for the new bus to arrive, and we were left to stand in a parking lot wasting time for more than 30 min each stop, while a bus was found for us.

The areas they brought us were beautiful and it included a very nice boat ride, however the tour guide made the whole afternoon very unpleasant and making me regret taking the tour.

We were rushed in the shoemaker as the entire town was closed due to our delay, so all in all could have been handled better. They should also really only use pleasant guides equipped to handle unforeseen circumstances.
