Versailles was amazing, but the "skip the line" advertisement was rather deceiving. Our guide prompted us to cut in line which was very uncomfortable and sent a bad message to my children.

Our guide was very well-informed. Such a thought-provoking and emotional venue. It was lengthier than expected, but we would do it again.

Salzburg and the Lake District are beautiful, however we signed up for a small group tour and did not anticipate a large group. While we had a great day, I would be hesitant to book with another tour that advertises to be a small group, when it in fact was not.

The venue is absolutely amazing; however, I would not book this tour again via viator because of the tour company it used. The group was ridiculously large, and the guide was obnoxious and offensive. In addition to the poor lack of social skills, we were offended that we were not informed that the castle had 50 percent scaffolding. Again, it is a beautiful landmark which we would visit again, though not through viator.
