This was a decent tour, but unfortunately the roads were a mess due to a military band tattoo in Senate Square. The timing of the tour stops were off, but I understood due to the congestion. One of the bus drivers was an "ugly" Estonian!

I purchased a 2 day pass from you. When I presented the voucher, the operator said they no longer honor the 2 day pass and it was only good for one day. I had to purchase the 2nd day from the operator the next day! Disappointing!!!!!

It was a pretty complete tour except for the lack of seeing the Temple Houses. Also the LONG tour of the rug factory was NOT needed or appreciated!

The driver arrived 15-20 minutes late and there was no posting of our names by any driver when we cleared customs. My wife was off to find another mode of transportation when he finally showed up. Not good
