Although our two guides on this tour were great it was not always a group of 12 people as I was advised when I booked.At the begining there were 10 of us as 2 of our party were ill and unable to attend.However we then joined with another group for the underground chambers and I counted 23 people! We moved on to the upper tier with both groups still together but then separated into the 2 original groups for the Ancient Rome part of the tour.I'm sorry but I felt that this was not the trip that I paid a large sum of money for.

Excellent! We really enjoyed our tour and as I have used your previous Rome hop-on-hop-off original company on two visits in the past I felt that the buses were much cleaner and staff much more welcoming.

Have used the Hop-on Hop-off Tour buses in a few cities but the one in Palma de mallorca was excellent.The bus route was good and bus was clean with efficent earphones and recordings in good working order.I know that trips booked with Viator will be of a high standard.

This was not so good as last year's trip. There were less stops ,but you had advised of this.The main problem was that the recorded commentary did not work on most buses and you could not wear the seat belts as they were on the floor and very dirty. A bit of a let down!
