It was a big rush :(, began with a 30min WASTE of time break at a rest place, and we had 20min at the bridge. REALLY LOGICAL???? The journey was to long not worth it, the floating market is artificial, NOT WORTH IT! Not even for free!

It is a great tour, the split among the islands is ok, but the Murano factory was a shame, previously I was in an other factory it was much better!

We got what we expected, nothing special on extra from the guide. Her skills were on an average level, did the job and left us alone. The driver and the car were excellent!!

The program itself was fantastic, but our guide wasn't. She cared about the time, to tell us shortly everything and after she relaxed or chatted with other guides. The program was told to be from 9-17, and when we saved time on those shops where we had to go with her and I wanted to stay in the downtown until the promised time it was refused, because she sad we only can stay in particular places for the time which is in the itinerary. Horrible guide! The driver and the car were excellent!!
