This tour leaves something to be desired. We waited in excess of 2 hours to board and, while waiting, were told that there was a second and then a third boat, but we would have to wait for the third boat since we had purchased through Viator. In addition, they left almost an hour later than scheduled. They kept sending us from one place to another and then back to the boat. It was obvious that they had overbooked, since the people who purchased through Viator went out on the last boat, and it was completely full to the brim.

The fireworks were great, as they always are, and the trip up the Hudson was quite nice, but the lack of organization at the front end was very disconcerting, especially when it was 98 degrees outside and we waited on a long line in the heat only to be told to go back in the building, that our boat wasn't here yet. They could have announced that while everyone was in the large building instead of having people almost pass out. Very unprofessional.

Driver was personable, courteous, and professional. Took the trip to and from the airport, got two different drivers, both of which were very pleasant to deal with. Helped me with my luggage, and made the trip a good one.

Doug is an excellent tour guide. He is very knowledgeable and obviously loves what he does. it shows, big time! He made the entire group (there were 18 of us in the bus total) comfortable and answered all of our questions along the way. Entertaining and lots of beautiful scenery! Would do it again tomorrow if I could!

A great tour that provides all the highlights of a great city. Saw Chinatown, passed over the Golden Gate bridge, with stops at some of the most beautiful scenery around. Driver very personable and professional, though the tour time was actually more like 3 hours and not 3 1/2, probably due to the fact that we had only 25 people and not the 50 the bus would normally hold.

Loved this trip! Doug was our driver and he is simply wonderful! Very knowledgeable, personable and just a great all-around trip. Muir Woods is spectacular, Sausalito is a wonderful little shore town where we had lunch and admired the art galleries, etc., and Alcatraz was definitely a new experience! Great tour, and, again, Doug is a phenomenal driver and guide, and is this company's definite asset!!!

Very prsonable, professional, and helpful with baggage. Made long day of traveling end quite pleasantly, and I would definitely use them again.
Well worth the price, and then some! Don't forget to tip your driver appropriately!!!
