Excellent sights, but with a large multilingual group it felt as if we weren't quite getting value for money. The restaurant was a little cramped with the large group, too, although the food was very tasty. I was also uncomfortable that the guide seemed to tolerate people taking photographs in areas that were clearly marked 'no photography'.

This was a good opportunity to see something outside the capital in Argentina. With the traffic in Buenos Aires, the late pickup was understandable. However, the arrangements at the ranch were a little vague and could have been explained more clearly. The gaucho and dance shows were good and the food was fine, but the cart ride was disorganised and a bit of a waste of time without any explanation of what we were seeing.

The four stars are all awarded for the Wilderness Experience Eco-Tour, which is definitely a must. The sights were well chosen, and the guide was fantastic. The Auckland Highlights section was good enough, but a bit too much time was spent looking at properties and talking about house prices.

Given the amount of time on the road, there was understandably reduced time for sightseeing. A local guide in Malacca other than the driver who was excellent but had a very long day would have helped to make more use of this time. Lunch would have been more appreciated at a more authentically 'local' restaurant rather than at a big hotel lacking in atmosphere. Given the cost of a private tour, a group option would probably be better value for Viator to promote. I didn't know such a thing was possible, but in Singapore I found that it would have been.
