My Review: Nice trip and the team who made the tour was friendly
just two comments, the tour is called working tour but it is not a walking tour but a tour made with a bus (fortunately because the walking distance would be VERY long!)
also the phone number provided to contact the travel agency was wrong, the emergency phone number was OK, but you can not call it from a cell phone not from Argentina nor with skype
should correct that

Napa and Sonoma Wine Country Tour

My Review: First of all, the tour should be for 8 hours and was for less that 6. The second point is that we visited 3 napa wineries only and none in Napa, it shoud be better to share 2 and 3. Finally, the only winery of interest was the first one, Sutter Home - best price, best degustation and best quality.

Monterey, Carmel and The 17-Mile Drive Day Trip

My Review: The picture with otter is probably not the best adapted because it seems not possible to see any, except in the aquarium of Monterey local people told us that if we are lucky and if we walk 5 km we could see one only at one place, not possible in 1h30. Anyway, Monterey was OK as for Carmel, the trip does not have any interest. We are far away from the mission because the bus is not allowed to stop around, the same for the beach there is only one parking for buses located far away from everything 10 USD one hour! In addition,we don't have time to walk neither to the beach nor to the mission, even if we would like to so, where is the interest to stop in Carmel to see shops that you can find everywhere in the US! Definitely, Carmel can be boycotted and when buses will be able to stop in interesting places, may be the tour can go back to Carmel. Currently it would be the same to drive into Carmel 5 minutes, we could see the same

Alcatraz Tour plus Muir Woods, Giant Redwoods and Sausalito Day Trip

My Review: Redwoods were perfect. The stop before redwood to see golden gate was nice. Sausalito was disapointing to me, I mean we stop one hour downtown but the only interest in Sausalito iis to see houses along water, no mention about these houses in the buses, nor a 5 minutes stop to take a picture! Alcatraz oK

Salem - The Witch City

My Review: We were very lucky they organized this trip only for 3 people. Absolutely fabulous. One thing could be improved: At the Peabody Essex Museum that we visited at the end of the afternoon, the last tour of the typical houses is at 2PM, so we should be here at 2PM. We had the opportunity to see the cemetery where the witches are buried, near the museum. It's not planned in the visit but is free - should definitely be included in the tour, really interesting to see.

Potsdam Half-Day Trip from Berlin

My Review: The trip was interesting but definitely a stop in Postdam at least to take one picture is needed even if the time increases from 4 to 5 hours. In addition the guide was really unpleasant.
