Still had to queue to get in but it was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful with my disability 10 out of 10

Although we had to wait for a table for over an hour, we were able to go next door to the shop as they have a very efficient paging system. Food and service were excellent

Shocking is the only way I can describe this. Kept us waiting well over an hour. We had to chase them up,and when the driver arrived he demanded more money for our 'luggage' even though e had suitcase and small bag each. We had no choice as it was pouring rain and freezing - disgusting after the wonderful pick ups we had in Italy

The driver was on the platform waiting for us, helped us with our luggage and then drove us very expertly through the narrow streets of Florence to our Hotel - highly recommended

Bus trip and stop on the way excellent. When we reached Pompeii lunch as excellent. Unfortunately there were disabled people with the group with one gentleman in wheelchair. It was left up to a young Australian,American and Dutchman to carry him up and down the streets. The guide did nothing and at the end although there was service lift , it was left to the three guys to carry the gentleman down massive flight of stairs as we were told it was
the only way out. They deserved many thanks but part from the family of the gentleman did not get much.Very disappointing and spoilt the day. There should be a warning or the guide should not let someone go in knowing they were going to get stuck
