I did not think this was a very good tour because of the trip outside town for lunch at a restaurant. That took too much time away from the old city. Also, the Alcazar is not interesting because it has been rebuilt. Go to the lobby and tell the story about Franco. That's enough of a tour of the Alcazar. Better to walk around the square and give a little time to shop.

We felt a little cheated. We (five of us) all thought it would cover El Escorial. Also, we were expected to pay something at the Naval Museum. So the Madrid Card didn't make that free. So the Madrid Card value is a little questionable.

Good value. Someone needs to advise the TI office in Plaza Mayor that you can buy your ticket on the bus with your e-confirmaiton. The TI person told us we had to go to a travel agency the next day to get our tickets. For the sake of others, please clarify that. We took the chance and just sent to the bus because we have used hop on/hop off other places.

This was a very good tour with an exeptional guide, Michael.

Also a good tour with Michael and Paloma in Seville. She was very good. We asked to go to Plaza Espana and think that should be included routinely.

This is a good tour and our guide was exceptional.

Hop on off is always a dependable tour in cities we have a short time to visit. This was easy to get to and covered everything that they said they would. We had a party of 4 but only the lead received a card indicating the 24 hour availability for the tour. Most cities have given each of the party's a wrist band or something.
