Our guide was fabulously knowledgeable and she did a great job of managing our group through the crowded Sistine Chapel. We so loved the tour that we were sorely disappointed that we were unable to reach Viator by phone to book tours in Florence the next day. The tour we booked helped confirm our opinion that Viator is a superior service.
