We went on a full-day tgrip without luch to save some time for souvenir shopping and it was a smart decision, although those who had lunch were also happy. Our guide Anna was very professional, she managed to meet the needs of different people and made our trip very enjoyable.

Both towns are magnificent but Segovia offers even more than expected. Our guide Alicia was very knowledgeable and experienced. Even though she had to speak English, Spanish and Italian at the same time she managed it properly. We had a feeling that everybody was satisfied.

This trip actually is a two-part excursion provided by two different guides in two different buses. El Escorial itself is impressive but they take straight into the building. The scale of the building is so immense that it can be viewed only from some distance. The tour operator should adjust this visit to give tourists full impression this grandiose monument. Aranjuez is a jewel for those into baroque and palace architecture although the premises of the palace are run down.

Andrew Wilson, our guide, was not just perfectly knowledgeable and organized, he has very dry sense of humour. Andrew was entertaining us with different cognitive activities throughout the journey giving away prizes. Andrew was prepared to talk about absolutely every aspect of Dalis  life. Andrew impressed us with his creativity and professionalism. We strongly recommend when in Barcelona to travel with Andrew.

The trip was  well organized from the very first moment.
Sandra, the tour guide, is amazing. She managed the tour so properly that we didn't loose a minute. Sandra was very informative, helpful and proactive. She has great sense of humour.
