I had prearranged my travel for transfers to The Riu Ocho Rio's.  Upon arrival and a 1 hour delay in customs we come out to find our reservations were screwed up. They had us transfers to a hotel in Montego Bay and the bus to Ocho rios had already departed. We were told give them 10 mins which turned into 20 to 30 minutes later. Once a supervisor got involved they set up private transfers for us once it was explained that this type of transferred cost more. I do have to say our drivers both direction were wonderful. My hats off to them. As for the company I think I find a different one in the future. Our return pickup had us sitting in the airport for over 3 hours. I did check with Viator and it was not there mistake I would use them again.

We were please once we were on the road. We did have to wait a long time departing from the airport. But once they got it all straighten out we were on our way. Seems a few of the people in our shuttle did not have the confirmations they needed so it delayed our departure about 45 mins. As for the return they gave us more then enough time to get to the airport as we were picked up at 7am and American Airlines counter doesn't open until 8am. So again we sat at the airport for about 45 mins earlier then we needed. But over all drivers were wonderful. Would use them again. Might have to ask for a later pick up if were the first flight of the day.
