Washington DC Departure Transfer: to Dulles Airport

My Review: I have used shuttles quite a bit and normally all OK. On this occasion, the bus was dirty, driver played French music all the time and insisted on singing all the way - badly! Also, a dog was allowed in the van which was also causing a smell after 40 minutes in the bus with it. The bus was 10 minutes early picking us up and we got there safely was the good part.

2-Day Washington DC Hop-on Hop-off Tour

My Review: We used this type of tour in NYC and SFO and had good experiences, This one was OK but badly organised initially, as once we picked the tickets up in Union Square, the bus had no commentary, retunred to base, chnged buses, then changed again and was delayed for 30 minutes! After that it improved. The GPS based commentary is consistent, but when you go on it more than once, you learn nothing new, where as withe the real tour guides, you learn new things every time.

My Review: Awesome activity.. we went in late September and the lines to get in were very long still ! Once you get int he lift to 80th floor, you then queue for another elevator to 86th floor which can take longer than the initial elevator line. Worth the wait for an amazing experience!
