Brilliant experience, it is only luck which enables you to see something special,although we did view many colourful fish and a basking shark. Disappointed that, unlike previous tours we had to make our own way to the departure point, which added to the cost as we had to use a taxi,due to my wife's disability.

Well organised, perfect setting and excellent entertainment. Little disappointed in quality of food and felt rushed to finish, being advised to use restrooms asap as show was about to commence.

Exciting helicopter trip with beautiful views. Not pleased when we discovered we had no hotel pick-up, as on previous booked trips.  Being disabled had to hire a taxi which added $90 to our cost. If this is a new directive for Viator then it is unlikely we will book future trips.

Worth the early morning start. A great experience not to be missed. Well organised, good, interesting guide. Excellent buffet lunch at the Sheraton with a spectacular view. Boat trip exciting and appreciated the extra stops, especially at the whirlpool. Wheelchair friendly, except at the Canadian tourist centre- other tourists kindly helped my wife and the lady from the centre expressed her embarrassment at the centre's shortcomings and apologised profusely.

Very good for the first time visitor as it only includes the standard known tourist places. It would benefit by a more indepth, personal guide to alternative interests (eg Harlem and Bronx) accessible by the open topped buses. It is unfair to include in the price a free (paid for by the city) trip to Staten Island. Those points of interest indicated in the tour by the informative guide were often bypassed and photographs were impossible.
