Excellent. I misplaced passports and the driver was most helpful phoning the hotel for us. Fortunately they were found in another bag. Shuttle was on time.

We had a 2 day tour and to be honest, we found the content excellent, but a lot of time wasted. My suggestion would be to make 2 or more routes for the buses (colour coded). This way travellers don't have to go the whole 2.5 hours and pick up on the stops the day before. Also, we had to wait a lot longer at the stops. One was over 45 minutes. If the routes were smaller, they would get around a lot quicker. We found it quicker to walk in some cases. They are colour coded in Boston and New York, and probably other places as well.

Excellent tour. People we met said, "You must go to Muir Woods", which of course we had our pre paid ticket for. We were not disappointed. A great spot and Sausalito and Bay Cruise were lovely. Excellent value.
