We have booked 5 tours from Viator in 3 different cities in Italy and this the only one that was very disappointing. When we came to the meeting point there was no one representing the tour company. Half an hour later the boat arrived. The guide was unprofessional, we couldn't understand a word over PA. They basically take you to do shopping in the glass factory. In Torcello we were given 30 minutes to visit the local basilica, which is 10 minutes walking distance from the pier, so you do the math. If you want to visit all 3 island you probably need a full day.
