Easy Peasy!! Walked out of the airport to the Shuttle area and handed over my reservation and was delivered to my downtown hotel within a half an hour. Driver was courteous and the van was super tidy. LOVE THE SHUTTLES. Cabs can cost you up to $40, if you are travelling alone or as a couple, definitely the way to go!

The tour defnitely covered all of the most important sites in Lisbon. The guide was very lovely and informative. The only challenge with tours of this nature is that when the guide is translating in 4 different languages, the commentaryisnt always synced with what you just saw.
