Very informative tour. Although content of tour is somber to say the least, it should be on everyone's agenda who visits the area. Tour was handled professionally so you left feeling the severity of the events which took place there but not so overwhelmed that your holiday was spoiled.

Salzburg was absolutely beautiful and we left wishing we had booked at least an overnight visit. Tour guide was good. One of our trip highlights.

Scenery was spectacular. No fault of tour operator, but you are rushed through castle - assembly line operation on part of castle staff. Our guide was not aware that there was an elevator inside castle for disabled. The tour company needs to make casle staff aware a day ahead and arrangements can be made to accommodate disabled. Viator guide was very helpful.

Good tour

Entertainment was very good and the food was standard pub food. Unfortunately no mention made that event was on second floor - a problem for disabled.

Disappointing. You are not actually soaking up the atmosphere of the pub. All events are hosted in a private room on the second floor of various pubs. The same musicians travel from site to site. If u are disabled - inappropriate trip and no help from organizers. Even the bridge we crossed had steps. The female musician was excellent. The male musician was okay.

Excellent trip. If u are disabled you have to wait in a very long line to get on a bus to get down to causeway. No preference is given to disabled for bus even though an able bodied person can get up abd down by foot. If u have trouble standing - good luck. However bus driver was very informative and sites were very interesting
