My Review: For those wanting a quick trip it worked very well. Be aware though that the ferry trip is long 8-9 hours. The transfers at each end were handled very efficiently. However, it would have been helpful to know the location of the hotel prior to the day of departure for planning purposes, especially given the limited time available i.e. transport to the main attractions Fira and Oia was necessary and bus timetables were restrictive.
