The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant where we had tea was lovely. We had a great time and the price is good for all the food we had. They even refilled the sandwich plate for us a couple of times. I would definitely recommend this place.

I started my tour at the Tower of London, and the ticket agent was able to print all three of my passes at once. This made it very convenient. I was able to see all three places in three days.

There needs to a better system for turning in the voucher for your ticket. We walked quite a while before finding the woman who checked us in. The bus ride itself was good, but I had to share a headset with my friend because mine did not work.
