The view at the top is worth the climb. People of all levels of endurance made the climb, so you should not let the climb intimidate you. Climb at your own pace, and drink water. I recommend the 6 a.m. time to avoid the heat of the day. It is not a sunrise walk in July, but it is definitely the cooler part of the day.

The picture is misleading. After a moderately challenging walk through the forest, we arrived at the falls. It was nothing more than a trinkle of water.It was very disappointing. The waterfall is roped off for safety which is good, but the waterfall looks nothing like the picture. If you want to walk through rainforest, enjoy, but do not expect excitement at the waterfall.

My Review
If you enjoy water, you will enjoy the excursion. Do not expect an abundance of fish or other sea life. You can enjoy the water and simply cruise around. I would expect other sites provide better sea life. I scuba dive also, and I saw more sea life a little farther from shore and on the west coast.
