Orginally from Chicago, moved to NYC in '99. As the Director of Programs and Operations, I am proud to be a part of one of the city's largest emergency feeding organizations: Yorkville Common Pantry. Check us out: www.ycp.org. Engaged to a wonderful man, Oscar. We live in Sunnyside Queens and we make each other incredibly happy, sharing our lives together. The two loves of my life were my boys: Diego and Mosley. They were brothers, beagle terrier mixes, I adopted. While I lost Diego in July 2010, he's still in my heart. Mosley and I miss him very much.

Toledo Half-Day or Full-Day Trip from Madrid
Tour / Activity
Location: Madrid, Spain
My Review: Took the half day tour and while is was great, the full day probably would have been better. We saw the Cathedral but didn't go in. It felt a little rushed.

El Escorial Monastery and the Valley of the Fallen from Madrid
Tour / Activity
Location: Madrid, Spain
My Review: The Valley of the Fallen was closed for renovations, so we spent an extended time at El Escorial which was great! The guide was fantastic. I was impressed because she had to give the tour in English, Spanish and Italian and did it phenomenally!

Flamenco Show at Torres Bermejas
Tour / Activity
Location: Madrid, Spain
My Review: Outstanding! Obviously geared toward tourists, since Flamenco is not originally from central Spain, but we loved it! The dinner was great and the dancers were spectacular.
