All of the personnel were very courteous and professional and clearly fluent in both English and Spanish. The vehicle was nice and the ride was pleasant. There is no need to "haggle" with the timeshare salespeople at the airport. I am blind and travel with my guide dog and there was never an issue of his acceptance. The price is good, especially for a party of 2. If you have 4 or more, consider just getting a taxi at the airport.
