The tour guide was very knowledgable and friendly. We had a great time and learned quite a bit about two very interesting medieval towns.

While the tour was fairly interesting, we thought the guide was not as informative or enthusiastic as some we've had on other tours. We also didn't like that the guide walked us across the bridge away from town (where there were only a couple of tiny coffee shops) only to tell us that now those who purchased lunch would be picked up while the rest of us had to wait for them for about 1.5 hours. This meant that we had to run back across the bridge to quickly find a place to eat and then rush back across the bridge. Finally, they finished the tour with an hourlong stop at a jewelry shop that makes pieces unique to Toledo. It seemed to me like the tour company was paid by the shop to bring more potential customers. It was a little interesting, but should have been no more than a 20 minute stop if anything at all.
