Grouse Mountain Sunset Tour

My Review: We booked this tour was because we wanted to watch the "sunset", but by the time driver took us there, the sun had already set down, so we ended up with seeing nothing but the darkness of the mountain. Some passengers told us that driver was busy doing something, or she stopped at Capilano getting some tickets for someone, and she was just too busy with something else there, was why she got us there too late. The whole point was "sunset watching", but it really wasn't! Also, the driver told us on the way to there, she said there was movies showing at 9:00pm, when we got there, there was none!

My Review: Some drivers were driving way too rough we had a middle aged guy driver on the first day, we could hardly sit still, it seems that these drivers were rushing for something, for older passengers this could result some kind of serious injury. On the second day, we had a very nice driver, he was so polite and gentle, of course we had a very smooth ride. Your company should train all drivers to be more polite and gentle and friendly, this is a service industry, we paid to get a good service! Another issue is that the schedule was not accurate as printed, we hopped on a red line 15 minutes earlier than what it should be at "English Bay" stop, and we got off at "Canada Place" 4:55pm which is half an hour earlier than it should be. Lucky we got on, the driver told us this was the last round, if we didn't get on we would have to walk home. We were not pleased!
