It was okay. Kind of felt like it is more to help take care of the animals.  Guess we are a little spoiled; we've seen a lot bigger names with much more extravagance.

We were a little disappointed.  The title of this tour was "Maid of the Mist Boat Ride", we unfortunately, did not get the boat ride.  Apparently, Oct. 30th is "off season".  The tour wasn't bad, our guide was good and informative, but still it would have been nice to know ahead of time that there would be no boat ride.

This tour is great. Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had friends that took this trip with us and also took a different tour with another company, and said this tour by far was so much better and the guide was absolutely a lot better. Would highly recommend.
