We were picked up first and then unfortunately got stuck in traffic. The driver was very good. By the time we had picked up all of the passengers, we had been in the vehicle for an hour, but better than waiting around. We got to airport on time. We would use again.

Excellent show to see on Broadway especially as it isn't on the West End yet. We were given excellent seats, third row from front.

Great tour with great tour guide. We really enjoyed the experience. Information given on Voucher (i.e. directions etc.) was very helpful. No problems, would definitely use this service again.

Excellent Tour and Guide, saw things and places we probably wouldn't have on our own. Just the right amount in our group. We really enjoyed the experience and would recommend it especially to those who haven't been to New York before.

I didn't have to wait too long for the shuttle once we had given in our names. The vehicle was full, but we were all going in the same direction so we weren't really delayed in getting to our destination. I would use it again.
