My Review: Instructions for meeting at airport inaccurate - no-one waiting to meet the flight; had to find who represented the company listed in the arrivals hall. A 20 minute wait to get the shuttle.

My Review: Disaster. Transfer arranged for return by rep for just over 2hrs before take off. Driver delayed for 40 minutes and had to get taxi to airport only just arriving for flight in enough time. Very stressful but refund given promptly
