Unfortunately there isnt a rating between 2 and 3 which I would have preferred to use! There was nothing specifically missing with this tour - although I am sure we didnt go to Sonoma - in fact I am positive the 3 wineries were all in Napa unless I wasnt listening properly - the one I enjoyed most was Sutters Home Winery great guide interesting stories and nice wine. The 2nd one we stopped at for lunch was just a tour stop - grab a ticket buy lunch and taste some very mediocre wine. I probably should add I live in the Hunter Valley - prime wine region in Australia and the reason we visited was to look at another similar area. I especially admired the homage the winemakers seem to pay to France wine making unlike in Oz where they seem to think they discovered the vine and it is a way to see Napa when you have limited time, but some things bothered me - not sure what the initial stop at a pumpkin patch was about.....
